VPA–VCCI Alumni Community (VACEO)

At present, VPA is developing the VCCI–Andrews CEO Alumni Community (VACEO Vietnam), which currently comprises approximately 500 CEOs who have graduated from three CEO Executive Programs in Hanoi, one CEO Executive Program in Quang Ninh, and one CEO Executive Program for Private Healthcare Enterprises. This number is expected to increase by at least 200 additional CEOs by the end of 2026.

VACEO Vietnam is founded on two core principles:

• Meaningful Connections– Every activity is designed to create tangible, measurable value for its members.
• Applied Knowledge– Members learn from one another, recognizing that every CEO is a valuable source of practical business experience and leadership insights.

To put these principles into practice, VACEO Vietnam organizes a monthly Business Tour, during which members visit a fellow CEO’s enterprise, examine real business challenges, and collaboratively develop practical solutions. Guided by the philosophy that the collective wisdom of experienced business leaders leads to the most effective solutions, these tours foster peer learning, strategic dialogue, and business collaboration.

In addition, the VACEO Vietnam Executive Committee has developed a wide range of programs and initiatives for the VCCI–Andrews CEO alumni community, including:

• Alumni Webinars: Held at least once every two months, featuring highly practical topics in business management, corporate strategy, technology, and innovation.
• Internal Marketplace: A platform that facilitates business networking and preferential transactions among Active Members’ enterprises.
• Cross-Generational Mentoring: Alumni from earlier cohorts mentor participants from newer cohorts, sharing practical leadership experience and business insights.
• Annual Gala: Organized once a year to celebrate successful collaborations, recognize outstanding alumni, and welcome newly graduated members into the community.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives:Community service and social impact programs conducted under the VACEO – VCCI CEO Alumni

Looking ahead, VACEO Vietnam plans to actively strengthen collaboration with the VCCI CEO alumni community in Ho Chi Minh City, with the goal of establishing a nationwide North–South CEO Network. At the same time, VPA will work closely with Andrews University Vietnam to connect with the Andrews University MBA Alumni Association in Vietnam, thereby expanding the network into the broader international academic and business community.
